MEET YOUR HOSTS

In May 2020, I received my 200 hour Vinyasa training certification with Scarborough Yoga. This training paired with my bachelors degree in social work allows my approach to teaching to be both authentic and compassionate. Having been a Behavioral Health Professional and Case Worker with special populations, I feel confident in the healing properties of my prac- tice. Whether you’re new to yoga, someone with years of experience, a six year old navigating life on the Autism Spectrum or a fifty year old adapting to life post trauma - I’m here to meet you where you’re at.

Directly after college I started a career in Corporate America. I began struggling with anxiety and depression and knew I needed an outlet. I turned to a personal yoga practice. The more I practiced, the more I fell in love with it; the movement, focus on breath, and getting into a calm headspace. Before I knew I wanted to become a yoga teacher, I quit my corporate job. I took a leap of faith into a journey of connection and heart at Full Circle Yoga School in January 2021 and became a 200 hour Hatha/Vinyasa yoga teacher. I love being able to provide a safe space of self expression for my students to listen to their bodies, connect to their inner voice and find the courage to reach deeply into their souls.
